What do I get by working with Penquis Elite?

  • Initial assessment of current fitness level, including tests to determine strength, speed, agility, power, and any other relevant factors

  • Customized training plan tailored to client's individual needs and goals, designed to improve their desired athletic ability

  • Regular one-on-one training sessions with the coach to provide guidance, support, and motivation

  • Individualized feedback and adjustments to the training plan based on progress and performance

  • Nutrition and hydration recommendations to optimize performance and recovery

  • Supplementary exercises and drills to address any weaknesses or areas for improvement

  • Injury prevention strategies, including warm-up and cool-down protocols and proper form and technique

  • Conditioning and cardiovascular training to improve overall fitness and endurance

  • Performance testing and evaluation at the end of the 6-week commitment to track progress and identify areas for further improvement.
